Type like a maniac.
Leave organized.

Every other app makes you sort the thought before you're allowed to write it down. Life takes the sentence and does the filing itself — on the phone, in the time it takes to lift your thumb.

The apps

Two shipping. More behind them.

Same engine, same rules, same one-person shop. Each app is a small, finished thing rather than a platform waiting on the next round.

Life.

Android & iOS · in testing
One box. Everything goes in it.

A task, an appointment, a bill, a shopping list, a half-formed idea. Life works out what it is, where it belongs and when it matters — then puts it on your calendar, in your budget and in your reminders at once. Parsing happens on the phone, so it's instant and it works on one bar of signal.

EnvelopePrint

Android · in testing
Address an envelope from your phone. At true size.

Type the addresses, drag them where you want them, add your own postage image, and print to any Wi-Fi printer. The PDF is exactly 9.5 × 4.125 inches and is never scaled — which is the whole point.

How these get built

The same four rules, every time.

They're constraints, not slogans. Each one costs something, and each one is the reason a particular class of bug can't happen here.

01
It works offline. If an app needs a server to do its main job, it breaks in a parking garage. These don't — the thinking happens on the device.
02
No account. You shouldn't have to hand over an email address to print an envelope. Sign in only if you want your own calendar linked.
03
Your data stays yours. Nothing is uploaded to be read, scored or trained on. There is no analytics SDK collecting what you type.
04
It says so when it can't. An app that fails silently is worse than one that admits it. When something doesn't reach your calendar, you're told, in the words of the failure.
